Clearing leads to the freedom from the emotion itself and if necessary, the sort of people who were a part of creating the emotion to begin with. Have you ever participated in harmful behaviors (over drinking, smoking, sex, etc…)? Would you like to be free from the habits and the corresponding emotions that keep you doing the same thing over and over again? If you answered yes to either of these questions… You MUST begin by Allowing.
Allowance is not passive. Allowance is a brave action which leads to a chemical response in your nervous system and over time brings a new experience of life. Allowing helps to calm the nervous system by capping off the chemicals of guilt and shame, feelings which only lend to deepening our pain, both physical and mental. Allowance also helps to increase dopamine and GABA, neurotransmitters of the brain, creating more availability for a stronger and clearer resolve to find balance in the individual’s experience.
